Cardamom, pecan and sesame Brunsviger

These sticky, delectable buns will either make for a happily ever after moment or a horror story as you realise you will never escape the grips of this Danish treat. The base of our bun is soft and fluffy, topped with a golden caramel full of spices, pecans, sesame and a hint of lemon zest.
Best eaten on the day and if its particularly cold give them a little bit of love in the oven to soften that delicious caramel.
